Today is all about strategy.
I’m Craig Stephens, and on Day 12 of my AI Startup Journey, I’m beginning the business plan for City Edition Design. But I’m not starting from scratch — I’m using tools that work.
🛠️ Step 1: ChatGPT for Drafting
I’ll use ChatGPT to help:
- Structure the plan
- Write the executive summary
- Define services and value propositions
- Identify key strengths and opportunities
It’s a powerful starting point to get ideas flowing fast and organized clearly.
💬 Step 2: Bringing It to SCORE
Once I have a draft, I’ll meet with SCORE, the free business mentoring network. I’ve already been connected with mentors there, and they’ve been instrumental in shaping my marketing, SEO, and pricing ideas.
Now they’ll help me refine this plan, catch blind spots, and maybe even spark new directions I hadn’t considered.
